One invoice for many limo rides: combined invoices for accounts
How to combine several limo rides into one invoice for a corporate client, with every trip listed, taxes added up and the balance due shown.

Monthly billing for regular accounts
A corporate client who takes twenty rides a month does not want twenty separate invoices to process. Their accounts department prefers one document per period that lists every trip, adds up the taxes and shows what is still owed. Building that statement by hand from individual invoices is slow, and a missed ride is easy to overlook.
Every invoice of a client in one place
In LimOperations, each client's panel has a menu with an invoice manager. It lists every invoice for that client, newest ride first, with its total and payment status, and lets you view the PDF or share it, exactly as you would from the booking itself. A ride received from a partner company whose price was hidden by that partner has no invoice to show.
Combine selected invoices into one
From the invoice manager you can select several invoices, or all of them, and produce a single combined invoice. Each ride appears as its own line, and the trip prices, extras and each tax are added up, followed by the amount paid and the balance due. A combined invoice covers between two and fifty rides for the same client, in one currency.
Share it like any other invoice
The combined invoice opens as a PDF you can view or share from your phone or computer, by email, text message or WhatsApp, in the same way as a single invoice. Your selection is kept while you preview it, so you can adjust the rides included before sending.
When to combine and when not to
Combine for accounts on monthly or weekly terms, for event weekends billed together, and for clients whose finance team asks for one document. Keep single invoices for private clients and one-off rides, where the invoice should arrive the day of the ride. The invoice manager is available to business owners on the Manager and Scaler plans.
Before sending a combined invoice
- All rides for the period are completed and invoiced.
- Each ride's price, extras and taxes are correct.
- Rides already paid are recorded as paid.
- Every ride selected belongs to this client, in one currency.
- Your payment terms are stated on the invoice.
